Terms of use

What WORTHOO is
WORTHOO is a discovery and comparison service. We surface listings from third-party marketplaces and link you to them. We are not the seller, we do not hold stock, we do not take payment and we are not party to your contract with a merchant.
Accuracy of listings
Listing data is retrieved from marketplace APIs and shown with the time it was retrieved. Prices, stock and delivery estimates change constantly. Always confirm the final price and terms on the merchant's page. We provide the service "as is" and do not warrant that data is complete, current or error-free.
Scores and verdicts
The WORTHOO Score and comparison verdicts are automated opinions derived from listing attributes. They are guidance, not advice, and you remain responsible for your purchasing decisions.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract data from WORTHOO, attempt to defeat rate limits, or misrepresent the service. Marketplace data remains subject to the marketplace's own terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORTHOO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a merchant's acts or omissions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. Add your company name, registered address and a contact email address here before launch.
